How long? How long more do you want to hold on to your past hurts, the bitterness in your heart? How long will you ever take to heal? And if only you can hear the Gospel, God's principles...
What's the point of wanting to take revenge over your miserable life? Wanting to let your daughter-in-laws suffer the same pain you had?
You said, "So i deserved what i suffered and that i had to let go?"
You want to get even. You want someone to go into the situation/through the pain you once faced in a phase of you life. Wells, that's human nature.
But if only you learn to forgive those people who offended you...... If only you stop holding on to the bitterness within your heart....If only..........
You can come to know Jesus.
Wells, He didn't deserve the torture, the cross, the death either....
O' God...........help me...give me wisdom to handle this situation....
Let me stand in the gap between you and her...
God....take away the bitterness that's nibbling her heart...God fill her heart with love again....
The bitterness within her heart has made her become a problem in her son's and daughter's marriages.
Cold wars. Crazy quarrels.
O' God.
Even i'm going crazy.
Help me O' God.
Help my grandmother........
The scary, awkward peacefulness before the impending storm...................

Faith is not the belief that God will do what you want.
Faith is the belief that God is real & good and that he will always do what is right.
16 Shadrach, Mesach and Abed-Nego answered and said to the king, "O Nebuchadnezzar, we have no need to answer you in this matter."
17 If this is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, O king.
18 But if not, let it be known to you O king, that we do not serve your gods, nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up."----------------Daniel 3
When God sends you a package;a situation;a season that you don't necessarily want, can you still give double honour to that package, believing that God is able and that He will do what is right and continue to obey Him? Will you have the faith that Shadrach, Mesach and Abed-Nego had when Nebuchadnezzar threatened to put them in a burning fiery furnace?
Wells, Shadrach, Mesach and Abed-Nego believed that God is able to deliver them from the burning fiery furnace...but if not, (that God do not deliver them out of it and that they might suffer the pain of being tortured in the furnace till death) they still obeyed God and His words.
Hmm...they can actually get very disappointed/angry and eventually get offended with God if God didn't do what they expected Him to....which is to deliver them out of the furnace...
But they had such strong faith that God is good and He will do what is right. The total trust and loyalty they had on God...that even if God does not do what they expected Him to do, they will still obey Him.
Many a times, we constrain God; we 'box-up' God; we do not want to bear the pain;we expected God to do something, and hence disappointments come in, we get upset with God, we think God no longer love us...But wells, there's something i've learnt which is to trust God that in whatever situations He brings us through, He will see us through and that He will never lead us to the wrong path. And many a times when you think that you're in the valley and that God has left you there alone, beware! That's a lie! God has a divine plan for you and every situation, circumstances that occur in your life, He is there! (just the matter of you seeking Him) No situation will occur in your life in vain.
Wells, i guess God has used the A levels to really correct my wrong perspectives, expectations of Him. I expected Him to give me good results...Wells, that's what i prayed! I expected Him to hear my prayers! Many a times, we tell people that 'i'll just do my best and leave the rest to God!' But deep down inside, don't we expect God to give us good grades? At least that weeeee bit? (well, that's true for me---in the past =X Hmm...i admit i can be quite competitive at times...'m trying to change =X) But when God gives you the results that you don't really want, not the Asssssssssssssssssss that everybody wants, but the ultimate flipside of it, will you still follow Him, having the faith, believing that HE WILL DO RIGHT BY YOU!?!?! And that those He is the ABLE one...not those crazy grades on the paper to determine what your life's gonna be in the future? Wells, there may be a lot of question marks...like God what should i do??etcetc..but sometimes, there's just no answers..Will you still stay true to God, trusting in Him that everything's gonna be okay?
