Upset over myself being so weak and retarded in wushu..

Being afraid to speak formally in front of the class in english..

Being so upset with myself for not performing well/not managing time well...

Thinking/ proclaiming that im a failure/retard/fool. a person with sucky character and is bringing lots of trouble problems to my friends etc/ a troublemaker...etc.....

Everything that is occuring to me can be sum up by the low confidence level i have in myself..

Never had been so inconfident of myself before in my entire life so far..not exactly very long but yea..18 years+...

i guess life was too smooth sailing for me since birth..and here's just a season that God is putting me in..to allow me to learn and to overcome it (:

But somehow it's hard.

And since when it was easy?
